Friendly and helpful staff: The hotel staff, including Ms. Shrishti, Mr. Bikash, Mr. Sahil, Ms. Deepa, and Ms. Geeta, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Their hospitality and eagerness to assist made our experience truly enjoyable. Spacious rooms with private balconies: The rooms were spacious and had a cozy wooden feel to them. The private balconies offered a nice view of the Kanchenjunga peak, allowing us to soak in the beauty of the surrounding nature.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking and the staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests. The rooms were well-maintained and equipped with basic amenities such as a heater and hot water supply. We also enjoyed the discount offered on food and beverages.
The food was not up to our expectations and the service at the restaurant was slow. We also found that the location was a bit far from the main attractions, which made it difficult to travel around.
